Ready to ace the art of home-made Mortadella?

We’ve teamed up with our friends at Vic’s Meat and put together a kit to get you started but making it happen is all in your hands! But don’t worry too much because our Head Chef, Sammy will be right there with you the whole way…virtually that is!

So, here’s what’s included in your pack:

– Pork mince

– Pork back fat

– Spice mixes 1, 2 & 3

– Wine- for cooking, not drinking 😉

– Casings, weights, piping bag, twine

– Food processor

– Meat thermometer

– 10L pot

– 500g ice

– Kitchen scales

– A strainer

– A spatula

– Absorbent paper towel

– A loaf of beautiful sourdough to enjoy with your mortadella!
