MORTADELLA AT HOME 

Ready to ace the art of home-made Mortadella?
NOMAD has you covered for your very own at home Aperitivo hour.

We’ve put together a kit to get you started but making it happen is all in your hands! But don’t worry too much because our Head Chef, Sammy will be right there with you the whole way…virtually that is!

So, here’s what’s included in your pack:

– Pork mince

– Pork back fat

– Spice mixes 1, 2 & 3

– Wine- for cooking, not drinking 😉

– Casings, weights, piping bag, twine

– NOMAD cooler bag

– NOMAD wine or beer- this one you can drink!

– NOMAD pickles

– NOMAD za’atar

And here’s what you’ll need:

– Food processor

– Meat thermometer

– 10L pot

– 500g ice

– Kitchen scales

– A strainer

– A spatula

– Absorbent paper towel

– A loaf of beautiful sourdough to enjoy with your mortadella!

You’ll need two days on and off to get your mortadella made and cooked. So, keep that in mind when you’re setting the date for your soiree.

Each pack is priced at $150, including your choice of wine or beer. Your pack will be available for collection on Saturday the 12th of June between 10am and 12pm. We are closing orders for this month on the 10th of June. If you order a pack for this month, we will send you an email with pickup instructions, the recipe, and the instructional video on the 10th.
