Join us as we enter into the winter snap and open our doors for a decadent Truffle and Champagne breakfast.

To celebrate the launch of the Australian 2021 Truffle Season, we’re teaming up with Two Providores and Australian Truffle Traders to host a luxurious breakfast, that let’s just say is not for the faint-hearted.

Australian Truffle Traders are a collective of 18 families who grow and supply fresh black truffles (Tuber Melanosporum) from the southern forests of Manjimup, Western Australia. The prized tuber melanosporum is a premium whole truffle that has a rich, earthy aroma and it will be the star of the show on the day!

Time: 9.00am – 12.00pm- Bookings will be 90 minute seatings

 

An exclusive and very lavish a la carte menu has been created by Executive Chef,  Jacqui Challinor which includes:

Truffle & three cheese manoush

Smoked ham hock & truffle hash brown

Wood grilled Stix Farm mushrooms, overnight roast celeriac, chestnut, truffle

Wood roasted Long Paddock Driftwood, Malfroy’s wild honeycomb, truffle, crudites

Pecan, truffle & Alto Novello cookie ice cream sandwich

 

And of course, you’ll be needing something to wash it all down with so champagne and breakfast cocktails it is!
