Husband and wife, Charlie Seppelt and Skye Salter, are among Australia’s rising stars. The couple resides in a seaside town in the Mclaren Vale wine region, ‘where the afternoons are long, and the glasses are full.’
The wines of Paralian are among the best to come out of South Australia in recent years, and they have captured the hearts of both our sommeliers and our customers at NOMAD.
We invite you to learn Charlie and Skye’s story and discover their wines. Together, they are Paralian.
After many years working at some of the best wineries in the region, the couple has built connections with growers to source outstanding parcels of Grenache, Shiraz, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The winemaking is applied with a deft hand, achieving an almost miraculous balance that carries the generous fruit weight. An outstanding Chardonnay from the Adelaide Hills compliments the red wines from the Vale.
